• Working with MBHP service providers and Brandeis University on a study that identifies multiple detox users and encourage them to use community-based substance abuse treatment services.• Using proprietary MBHP software to identify members eligible for follow-up interviews and working with providers to complete study-related forms with members.• Creating SQL database of members’ study history, forms needed, and if they have had an MBHP covered authorization at a non-MBHP site in the last several days for locating purposes.

. Daily managing of all client data from a nationwide electronic health records system.. Created standardized reports using Microsoft SSRS 3.0 to synthesize SQL based client data for regional site directors..Created several standardized Excel reports to assist Phoenix House's Center on the Family with data collection for grant-funded activities reportable to the Office of Family Assistance.. Co-coordinate all IRB activity involving Phoenix House staff and clients with outside institutions.. Worked with Treatment Research Institute during the clinical trial for their 12-Step Toolkit implemented at several Phoenix House facilities. During the year and a half trial, I liaised with TRI’s Philadelphia offices, helped to consent over five-hundred clients, worked with multiple Phoenix House counselors to coordinate 12-Step Toolkit centered groups, and managed all monies from TRI for both counselor and client payments.
