For a little over 14-years I have worked in the information technology industry, serving in roles such as asset manager, IT client operations, and IT Service Desk Supervisor. I have overseen numerous client operations, ensuring that service level and operational level agreements are consistently met or exceeded. I understand that with each client comes unique needs and I have successfully demonstrated the ability to facilitate those needs and challenges. I have proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills and adapt quickly to changing environments and responsibilities. I work well under pressure and utilize time management to ensure any and all deadlines for the customer or management are met. Additionally, I am ITIL v3 certified and have held the role of ISO 20000 Incident, Problem, Availability and Continuity Manager. I have overseen and handled multiple contracts simultaneously and ensured that all project requirements were met on-time and on-budget.
