Leading a small team of scientists I am responsible for the development and testing of cost effective formulations sold in to the agricultural and Sports Turf amenity sectors. I have experience developing nutrient, oil and emulsion based formulations for use as fertilisers, adjuvants, wetting agents and natural pesticides. I develop ideas directly with customers to their requirements and deadlines. This has resulted in more than 100 ideas being turned into products that are currently sold across the Globe. To achieve this I have a good understanding of regulations that effect the Agricultural and Sports amenity sectors. My proudest achievement has been being part of the Amega sciences team as we doubled revenue across a 4 year time frame and eventually were purchased by my current employer ICL speciality fertilisers.
