I’m an experienced international trade professional and UK diplomat. With the UK’s Department for Business and Trade, I’ve led UK trade teams in Indonesia and Cairo. I’ve lived and worked across the Middle East, Africa and now Asia. I have a background in business consultancy.Recently, I’ve specialised in international business development, helping UK companies to enter emerging markets: market expertise, understanding local business processes, finding local partners and financing new trade or investment opportunities. I’ve supported a wide range of projects to conclusion: from large infrastructure projects backed by UK trade finance, through large scale investment in renewable energy to UK higher education partnerships.
