• Optimizing Inventory level by constantly monitoring spare parts movement using moving average and exponential smoothing per category Bus and Trucks both counter sales and repair orders.• Continuously monitor Customer sales gross revenue, cost of goods, and net revenue.• Responsible in monitoring parts ageing and analyze parts that need to create promo prize. • Responsible in price setup, monitoring and uploading in the system.• Ensure proper management of warehouse incoming and outgoing parts issuance and inventory location• Ensure that the parts mode of shipment tagged right upon placing order.• Handle customer parts order, monitor ordering lead-time and responsible in maintaining new parts ensuring that the parts are categorized by (BUS or TRUCKS) and product group (maintenance parts, wear and tear etc.) • Provide Ad-hoc and management report monthly.• Responsible in handling and coordination of parts transfer from origin to warehouse.• Assist Parts analyst in creating quotation to customer.• Compute and evaluate landed cost of imported items.• Responsible in conducting periodical cycle count of inventory.

• Handling Import releasing charges coordinate with brokers ensuring that the charges is right.• Responsible in proper filling of import documents. • Preparing annual report for Customs audit• Preparing annual cost factor for warranty • Responsible in preparing parts order• Ensure the timely submission of import Duties and Taxes monthly in accounting • Continuously monitor and encode brokerage charges• Responsible in preparing and processing brokerage payment• Assist import supervisor in applying regulated parts
