Project Manager for Air Service Development at AviaSolutions- Leading role in consultancy team, providing a consistently high level of delivery of new air services to airport clients and regional partners - most notably for Chicago O'Hare (ORD) and San Jose, CA (SJC). Provide critical data and route specific analysis, QSI traffic and revenue forecasts, route economics, industry trend studies, market engagement and commercial negotiations with airlines and key stakeholders - Instrumental in securing a new contract with the City of San Jose and delivering new 787 air services to SJC within the first year of contract: Beijing (Hainan Airlines) and London (British Airways). - Project planning and leading the team to work on QSI modelling, business development strategy, airport network analysis, aircraft performance studies on selected routes (GECAS), industry trend studies, route specific engagement and commercial negotiations with airlines - Managing different work streams with increased responsibilities for global airport and airline projects including air service provision, network planning and business planning

- Joined AviaSolutions as an Aviation Analyst within the Traffic team, with focus on traffic forecasting for airport transactions and airport route development- Worked on passenger traffic forecasts used to support a variety of business decisions including long-term new route assessments for airlines, long-term masterplans for airports and financial transactions (airport or airline acquisition, refinancing)- Learning a variety of analytical techniques to produce robust, realistic and defensible forecasts, including:• Econometric modelling, incorporating macro/micro economic factors and traffic elasticities;• Bottom-up forecasts (by route, airline, aircraft , frequency)• Connections modelling (QSI)

- Worked alongside Duty Supervisor in ‘Operations Control Centre’ (logistical hub)- Co-ordinated different teams under time pressure to ensure that aircraft departed on schedule at one of the world's busiest international airports- Worked flexibly and negotiated effectively with different airlines as a service provider, including Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa, Qatar Airways and South African Airways- Managed multiple issues at a flight, particularly when confronted with operational problems such as ‘out-of-balance’ or payload-restricted scenarios

- Worked in the flight operations team to finance future university education- Planned and calculated flight data for pilots (weight & balance Loadsheet, weather briefing, flight planning etc)- Lead communicator and co-ordinator for the aircraft’s ‘turnaround’- Principally responsible for passenger and aircraft safety, i.e. strict attention to detail for Loadsheet calculations (mandatory ‘manual’ Loadsheet calculations on “live flights” during first year)
