When EBG purchased a ticketing platform from Razorgator that I had extensively contributed to, they sought me out to join as Business Analyst responsible for researching and writing detailed requirements for improving the product. After a short time, the VP of Product overseeing this application left the company and although my title did not change, I took on the responsibilities of prioritizing the roadmap, grooming the backlog and guiding the development team. Again, a few months later I lost my Project Manager and took on those responsibilities as well.Achievements:•Re-designed reporting tool to include new features like interactive charts, and report scheduling and sharing•Led project (research, requirement documentation and development oversight) to integrate with third-party API to facilitate faster delivery of mobile concert and sports tickets•Released several features and internal applications that simplified existing workflows and automated tasks for both customer and employee users

I left Razorgator to try my hand in a bit more technical environment. BeeMedic produces a desktop application called Cygnet that combined with electrodes allows trained clinicians to read brainwaves and provide therapeutic treatment for a variety of mental disorders. I got to work with the pioneers in this field at EEG Institute to test and release bug fixes, enhancements and new features to therapists across the world.Highlights:• Released a major update package to Cygnet giving therapists access to new tools for neurofeedback training• Worked with developers from a hardware team and two different software teams to extensively test a virtual reality add-on, suggest improvements, and document steps for setup, installation and use
