One of the San Francisco Chronicle's Top Bagels in the Bay Area, Ethel's Delicatessen aims to foster community through Jewish-inspired comfort food. Operating a 2,300sq ft retail location and 5 farmers markets, I focused on all aspects outside of production. Notably, sales (grocery stores, coffee shops, and sporting arenas), human resources (15+ employees), and sustainable business practices (>70% compostable packaging suite).
