Having worked my way up from a Promoter to Junior Event Manager to currently being a Senior Event Manager. Outside of running the event, my other role is recruitment of new staff throughout the year, bringing them into the company and training them up to achieve their potential and mentor them through the year so they can excel at their job.After a successful year in Leeds, I was invited by the Managing Director Dave Gardener-Chan to take up my Senior Events Manager role for Voodoo Events Newcastle in May - September 2018. Under the supervision of the two Directors in Newcastle, we were able to increase our numbers into the venue based on year on year average and help increase our market share in Newcastle nightlife industry.
