My role consisted of networking, sourcing, interviewing, and successfully matching professional candidates to client profiles to fulfill client orders for temporary and temp-to-hire positions. Responsible for screening, placing, and releasing candidates when needed. Completed pre-employment processing and handled all needs of candidates during employment. Utilizing software, maintained clear and accurate records on candidates and employers. Made new accounts via phone, email and in-person. Communicated to area managers directly. Met with managers to discuss new business prospects. • Managed the 360 recruitment cycle process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnerships.• Collaborated with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring manager’s needs.• Reviewed resumes and pre-screen qualified candidates to determine fit.

Dealt with both business to business and direct sales on the Verizon campaign. Built a sales team. Interviewed and trained new hires.
