Worked in the Products division and developed new features an support requests on the following projects:- Seavus DropMind: mind mapping multiplatform solution. Maintained the Mac OS version of the software which was written in C++ and Qt framework. Developed the DropMind iPad version, implemented new features and maintained the AppStore release.- Seavus Project Viewer: the best enterprise software for viewing Microsoft® Project plans. Worked on new features for MS Office 2010 look and feel, partial refactoring of the software and support inquires. Developed in C++, MFC and STL were heavily used.- Actively participated in the Presales department activities doing technical research and estimations for future projects.

1. Working in the R&D team, developing client/server CTI solution consisted of many functionalities- call handling: answer, dial, hold, transfer, conferred transfer, conference, forward, secondary monitored line- TAPI, CSTA, SIP protocols for integration with PBX’s from many vendors (Aastra, Avaya, Innovaphone, Samsung) and the software solutions like Asterisk, Freeswitch, sipXecs- server part with extended functionality of synchronizing users and calendar data from groupware systems: MS Exchange/Outlook, Lotus Domino/Notes, Novell GroupWise, ODBC/OLE DB databases, SuperOffice and other ERP and CRM systems. - status supervision on extensions, supervision of mobile phone statuses from Danish operators: TDC, Telia and Sonofon - ability to send SMS messages through GSM device - technologies and design: Scalable client-server architecture, Multicast, TCP/IP, I/O Completion Ports, COM, Multithreaded design, XML/XSL structures, MFC, BCG, QT, STL, ATL, WTL, Boost library, optimization algorithms2. Worked on a software PBX on Linux platform based on the open source sipXecs project, developed a PSTN gateway for SIP-to-landline and landline-to-SIP calls with Sangoma Analog cards, ISDN BRI and ISDN PRI (30 simultaneous calls) digital cards, support of many audio codecs, audio signal processing, echo cancelation, etc.3. Service for mobile operator: receiving calls from the Mobile Switching Center and make outside call to a random service-subscribed number with CLI replacement. The goal is connecting two matching subscribers. Handling simultaneously 30 calls, 15 pairs of incoming and outgoing calls, 500 calls per day at least. The solution is written in C++ using standard libraries and boost library, the environment was Linux, calls were made through PRI line connected to Sangoma A101 PRI card. 4. Mac OS X and iPhone mobile application development.

Worked on CTI Product Callisto. Developed plugins and worked together with the support team on customer issues.
