My introduction to the AECO community began in construction. Overseeing crews, I worked on high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use new construction for over 10 years. My on-the-job experience piqued an interest in design technology and eventually led me off site and on to finding and providing solutions for better AEC workflows and processes. I have always focused on being a partner and continually building relationships with clients. Building trust within the AECO community and design solutions around client feedback. I was directly involved in leading the building of a successful Autodesk and Bluebeam business, and the creation of CTC Express Tools. These tools where some of they very first Revit API tools designed to help architects, engineers, and designers resolve business, technical, and project issues quickly and efficiently. I’m driven by this commitment to the 3D design community and extend an open line of communication to all clients while working to find design technology solutions. At SolidCAD, with my current role, we’re constantly evolving with the industry and with our clients, and I work everyday to continue my learning and hone my expertise. I operate as a trusted adviser by sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm for our industry. My priority is to help the AECO community better understand and ultimately implement new design, engineering, and construction technologies as we prepare for a sustainable and energy-efficient future.
