P&L responsibility for North and Central America business unit with 2 US manufacturing sites and +60 employees. During this time, I realigned sales force for organic growth, acquired a US based company, refocused product portfolio, and doubled production capacity, which led to an improved market ranking to #1 in segment. I oversaw manufacturing operations in North America, including compliance with EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations. During this time, I reshaped operations; identified M&A targets; and built the product pipeline. Successes included readying company for acquisition by stabilizing turnover, heightening morale, and building solid platform for future growth.

Cologne Area, Germany

I was promoted to manage and increase profitability of product portfolio, endangered by quickly changing regulatory environment and pending significant margin loss. First, I implemented plan to search, develop, and produce an alternative product line. Then I set up manufacturing processes at a site in Frankfurt and led smooth transition of customers to new alternative product line without loss to competition.
