As part of my Master of Business Management program, I worked as a business consultant for Racing to Zero, a social enterprise focused on sustainability. My team and I were tasked with exploring a potential expansion of their services to target grassroots sports organizations.Through this project, we conducted comprehensive primary and secondary research, including surveys, interviews with key stakeholders, and data analysis. Our goal was to assess the needs and interest within this new customer segment. We also worked closely with the organization’s leadership, providing strategic recommendations and developing a detailed action plan for the potential expansion.

Acknowledging that the climate emergency requires bold, systemic and collective action, the Catalyst program seeks to advance climate leadership and sustainability engagement. As the Catalyst Lead, I managed a program of 280 participants, ensuring smooth operations and fostering meaningful community engagement in climate action. My role involved coordinating with six team leads and providing logistical support for 70 participants in the Sustainability Ambassadors Program, facilitating their involvement in sustainability initiatives across campus.
