Current* Scheduling high-volume interviews and phone screens, coordinating directly with candidates and clients.* Utilizing ATS systems to manage candidate profiles, track interview progress, and generate reports. * Maintaining communication and providing timely follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.* Providing regular communication with clients and candidates, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.* Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
