Currently working as the People Operations Graduate at Enterprise Ireland, following the completion of my International Business degree from UL, where I specialised in HR and management. This role allows me to display my organisation, communication, and people skills, working in various areas across the team. This includes dealing with HR data and metrics; HR systems and reporting; expatriate relocations and repatriations; supporting with recruitment for both the graduate and internship programmes; entry level recruitment; aiding with the implementation of the new Applicant Tracking System; Gender Pay Gap reporting; aiding with pay forms and annual leave data and communications; and being heavily involved with the Innovation Network, Inside EI and Readiness for the Future pillar of the internal THRIVE strategy. Having lived abroad for my Erasmus+ programme in Granada, Spain, and completing my Cooperative Education in Luxembourg, I have been exposed to various new ideas and ways of thinking, allowing me to develop upon my cultural awareness and broaden my mind. My Spanish language skills also improved immensely during my time in Granada, having completed an intense Spanish language course and conversing with the locals.Throughout my internship in the Governance department at Schroders’ European Headquarters, Luxembourg, I was exposed to various administrative tasks where organisation and communication with senior leaders was key. My dedication to the job was illustrated by the team requesting to extend my 6 month internship to 8 months.Following years of hospitality work in high class restaurants, waitressing and working at the reception desk, my people skills, initiative, and ability to work under pressure have developed greatly.Overall, I am a highly motivated and driven individual, who hopes to expand my knowledge of the working world and grow a career in the area of Human Resources.
