As someone having plentiful experience in customer service, my communication skills are very strong as well as emotional intelligence/awareness, patience, always having a bright and positive attitude, and being able to appropriately resolve conflicts. I also have the great qualities of being a quick learner, fast-paced worker, organized, and a hard-working individual. I always go one step further in my work and love taking on my own projects. I currently work as an Office Support Specialist and the main Leaser for U of I’s APSI programs for University of Illinois System in the UAPS department. Within this role I have enhanced a wide variety of skills working in the education system such as professionalism, problem solving, conflict-resolution, collaboration, communication with diverse individuals, professional connections, and personal growth. I am currently also attending UIUC’s Master of Social Work program with concentration in schools, which will be completed by May 2026. With my strong qualities gained in customer service, knowledge in Psychology and continued experience/knowledge in Higher Education, I will become a well-rounded and qualified individual for a position to work with any student as a social worker.
