Responsibilities: Learning all different aspects of running a store and being involved in all the operations of a store manager:Responsible for- human resources, interviews, recruiting, week schedules and floor supervising, people management.- for daily opening and closing of the business. - Managing the cashiers, sales assistant.I am in charge of hiring those associates for the Brussels flagship (part-time and full time bases).We are given daily sales goals, We need to analyze business trends and previous sales performance to meet and surpass these goals.Understanding the importance of the urgencies and managing all the employees to complete each task on time.

Responsible for a team of 30 associates. I was responsible to conduct clearance project, to set new merchandize presentation through updates and floor-sets. I was managing the associates on replenishment process of the store throughout the day, to maintain and organizing the stockroom every season, following the shipment process.

Training program which lasted three month. Each week of the program was focused on a different aspect of running the business.
