Commenced Project Coordinator Secondment at TasNetworksRole Description:Coordinate and drive the Development and Approvals phase of a greenfield 220kV 60km Overhead Transmission Line and greenfield 220kV Switching StationResponsibilities • Determine and author Scope of Work for ECI & EPC tenders • Determine and author functional requirements of transmission line and substation• Coordinate all project stakeholders to achieve project outcomes i.e., environmental planning, engineering, community engagement, procurement and commercial teams• Project reporting- monitor schedule, cost and percentage complete on all relevant activities• Work with internal scope owners to monitor budget, spend, risk, schedule and resources • Develop and maintain list of risks and mitigation measures identified through risk assessment and workshops• Support Project Director and oversee day-to-day running of the project• Coordinate Jacobs resources to support project needs and objectives• Support TasNetworks’ clients with unregulated opportunities • Collate & coordinate a c.$2.2M Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) tender release & execution• Collate & coordinate a c.$420M Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) tender release including site visits
