The major responsibility of my current position is to make sure the compliance of Taiwan regulations as well as corporate standards on Environment, Health & Safety, Security and Cosmetics GMP.I led a renewable energy project bringing 100% green electricity use in Taiwan head office and built an operating model to adapt PPA (Power Procurement Agreement) in a shared commercial building in 2020. This model was recognized by BSMI (Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection). It helps all organization who located in shared building can use green power with certificates.Engaged with different departments and functions, I successfully put Safety & Health Management System in place in L'OREAL Taiwan. L'OREAL Taiwan has been recognized with Silver Awards in 2021 & 2022 and Gold Awards in 2023 & 2024 by RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) which is internationally recognized Health and Safety Awards.I was nominated a Security Manager responsible for security management, business continuity and crisis management from 2022 after received a well-structured and practical training from global external and internal trainers. I led a crisis management drill simulating a real case to coach our leadership team through a crisis management methodology.To extend my career scope and get more understanding in cosmetics industry, I was nominated a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Quality Manager which is a project management role from 2024 to support our 3PL to obtain Cosmetics GMP certification in July 2024.

• Oversee CSR performance worldwide• 100% Fulfillment of Global CSR Targets and Customers’ RequirementsLed a team with 4 team members to coordinate all CSR affairs, including publishing annual CSR reports which are the publications disclosing the information regarding environment, society and governance (ESG), maintaining global CSR management system, fulfilling the requirements from customers on sustainability, to accomplish the CSR targets, reducing the risks related to business continuity and finding the opportunity for improvement.

• Improved Hazard Communication and Management in R&D • Operated EHS management in Taiwan Head officeLed a team with 4 team members and maintained EHS management system in Head office. To reduce occupational hazards and risks in R&D people was most important task as well as cultivate teams to enhance their competence on hazard identification and controls.

Worked with others from different teams to identify the EHS risks and to address the problems related to work hazards by using available resources.
