I am a current undergraduate student at Dartmouth College pursuing a double major in Biochemistry and Native American Studies. My active involvement on campus includes being a member of the Cheer team, Dartmouth Emergency Medical Services (DEMS), Executive for Dartmouth Undergraduate Biology Society (DUBS), Minority Association of Pre-Health Students (MAPS), Native Americans at Dartmouth (NAD), Pow Wow Committee (Vice Chair), Women in Science Project (WISP), The Nathan Smith Society (NSS), Health Access For All Executive Board (HAFA), The Dartmouth Billiards Club, Dartmouth Ariel Arts Executive Board, and I am a Admissions tour guide. I am also a Lab Assistant in the Ayres Lab for Biology and Ecology. When I'm not in the classroom or participating in extracurricular activities, I channel my passion for health and wellness by running marathons, playing tennis, cooking, snowboarding, and engaging in analytical pursuits like chess. My steadfast commitment to community betterment is exemplified by my active volunteer service in both emergency medical services and hospital environments. In my academic pursuits, I'm particularly intrigued by researching pharmacogenetics, where I explore how genetic factors influence medication effectiveness. I'm excited about inspiring my peers and making a positive impact in the ever-evolving field of health technology.
