. Main point of contact for customers booked with a high-volume tour operator . Book flight itineraries for customers and aid in reserving extra nights at hotels and with general tour customization . Sell travel insurance policies and optional excursions to customers . Answer any and all questions about the tour itinerary and reservation process . Assist customers in filling out visa applications and coordinate with visa processing company when necessary . Coordinate directly with sales, operations and travel to work through any customer requests/issues . Maintain detailed notes in customer accounts to ensure seamless quality of service for each client. Part of on-call Emergency Support Team that assists customers on tour with any emergencies that arise 24/7.
