Organizes the contents of a service member’s medical record and prepare it for scanningand digitization.• Demonstrates a knowledge and understanding of the importance of quality control andvalidation of the imaging system.• Provides information and assistance to users so they can gain access to applications similarto DPRIS, the Service Treatment Record (STR) application and EDIPI tool of the Marine Corpsthat helps validate Veteran status and enables troubleshooting of scanning/uploading issuesas well as receiving label errors.• Understands the importance of attention to detail and manages/validates all parts,subparts, and forms (e.g. DD Form 2963) of the service member medical record.• Knowledgeable of the overall Service Treatment Record (STR) conversion process.• Review service members’ medical records, identify corresponding parts and subparts, sort,organize, and prepare documents for digital conversion (approximately 35 records perbusiness day).• Works with customers and team members to provide requirements and recommendationson the management of records and processing workflow.• Works in a team production environment and be able to perform other duties as assigned.• Earned Core Values Awards from ECS Federal for Grit (Strength of Character and Resolve tocomplete tasks).
