I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who believes that children and their aspirations should be at the centre of everything we do as teachers. Nurturing that belief in the next generation is something I am incredibly passionate about hence my current role as Careers Lead. Undertaking this role as a second year ECT was a challenge that I was excited to undertake. Even in my short time as Careers lead, so far I have already begun to create positive relationships between our school community and a diverse range of employers. Creating a vision and careers programme for our school is something I am truly invested in and look forward to see how this develops throughout the year.
