Client Success Supervisor

• Manage a unit of clients, showing through example how to create “WOW’ with our clients. • Ensure prompt, accurate completion of production-level tasks and schedule projects. • Direct and oversee CSR’s in the completion of department projects.• Report on open, satisfied, and escalated client requests.• Provide prompt, effective guidance for the CSRs as a group and as individuals. • Establish and maintain formalized auditing and coaching meetings with individual CSRs. • Work with the Client Success Manager to create and present biweekly trainings for the CSRs, focusing on increasing productivity, enhancing professional communication, and sales. • Work with the Client Success Manager to draft and publish work instructions for all department processes. • Review and qualify internal client-related requests including requests for documentation, correction of records, or requests for action. • Verbally and electronically communicate with clients and executives, ensuring that only timely and professional services are rendered. • Communicate any and all instances that may negatively affect our relationship with our clients to the Client Success Manager. • Travel to visit clients to obtain documents and maintain client relationships.
