I started with Bertucci's as a Host responsible for seating and greeting guests, shortly after I worked in Carry-out. Some of my duties were answering phones and packaging orders for pick up. During my time as an hourly employee, I assisted management by going out into the community and networking. By doing so I was able to build sales and put together fundraisers to raise money for local schools and organizations.

My duties included managing the front desk, running food, and cleaning the tables. I also assisted guests looking to purchase bakery items and set up specialty item appointments.
