Worked as part of a small team, tasked to recruit and on board 3,000 harvest casual staff across 15 sites Australia - wide. This involved phone screening, stringent visa checks, regular updates to databases as well as the maintenance and confidentiality of employee records and files. This required high attention to detail, trouble - shooting, responding to employee inquiries and providing operational support. Served as a link between management and employees, ensuring the effective on boarding of new employees. Implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
