I first started my career as being a retail sales associate at DSW shoe warehouse. During this time, I assisted customers and the internal team in helping manage the sales floor on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, I helped with some warehouse and logistics work around new stock coming in and out of the store. After working there a few years, my responsibilities started to grow. I became a team leader surrounding day to day sales staff operations and performance, inventory status, and staff scheduling. Consistently working with store management on overall store performance improvements.In 2014, I decided to challenge myself with new opportunities, working with the Jay Wolfe Automotive group. Working directly with inbound opportunities for the automotive group to nurture leads and create in-store opportunities for our sales staff. I had the opportunity to speak with hundreds of customers per day via phone, email, and text message with high emphasis on performance. From there my work took me to the corporate offices of Jay Wolfe Automotive. After working in our Toyota division I was selected from the groups highest performing agents to join a new team developed at our corporate office designed to create improved performance and efficiencies. We were able to increase performance as a group by 300% and decrease annual costs for our organization by $700,000 a year. I was also able to work with all franchises within the group including Honda Toyota and Acura. We retailed an average of 10,000 vehicles per year and service 250,000 customers for service each year.
