At Winners, I had many responsibilities. These responsibilities included, cashing customers out, helping customers locate items, overseeing fitting room operations, as well as ensuring a clean and organized store. In addition to these responsibilities I also followed and enforced Covid regulations to keep customers and employees safe.Working in a fast paced environment has helped me improve my interpersonal skills with customers and fellow employees as well as my problem solving skills. As everyday comes with unique challenges and experiences that creates valuable learning experiences.

Working within the tourism industry was a great learning experience. Niagara Parks sees millions of tourists come to them each and every year, I worked within the Grandview market place which saw many people from all around the world. My responsibilities included cashing customers out, maintaining a clean and neat store, as well as giving tourists direction to their next stop within the parks. I valued my time at the parks as it allowed me to gain experience in overcoming issues such as language barriers and miscommunications. This job also allowed me to be exposed to many different cultures which was a valuable experience.
