Assisted in providing court-involved participants and community members with a variety of services and prevention programs at the Staten Island Justice Center. Participated in discussions about inequalities within the justice system with co-interns and designed possible solutions using data visualization to present to supervisors.

Provided support during the testing phase of the Software Development Cycle for the company’s parking spot-finder app, during its early stages of development. Utilized methods such as the think-aloud protocol during usability testing to identify UI/UX issues and bugs and communicated them to developers during weekly meetings.
