Used critical thinking skills to meet customer satisfaction, and built strong relationships with clients. Trained as an herbalist to promote overall health, natural living and taking preventative measures of client’s health and well-being. Position strengthened creative problem solving abilities when working with varying degrees of client health problems. Responsible for Social Media and Community Outreach program.

I recently finished my practicum placement at the Child Advocacy Center and Adult Rape Crisis Center, SEMO-NASV. I have dedicated my time shadowing and assisting agency members by advocating for client needs, making hotline referrals, recording forensic interviews, assisting forensic medical examinations, completing intakes, advocating for policy proposals and any other office tasks.

As a server I interacted with customers and management, trained incoming employees, and served large banquets. I retained thorough knowledge of all food and mixed drink ingredients and prices. I used crisis management skills during peak business hours, and utilized my communication skills with other staff members.

While serving I improved skills in interpersonal communication and customer service. I learned to build relationships with kitchen personnel and coworkers, along with following training regimens, and connecting with community members.

Learned to lead large and small groups, interacted with family’s, and gave tours, memorizing all the historical information about Southeast’s campus. Was available to answer any questions and utilized proper phone etiquette when following up with prospective students.
