As a Talent Development Lead at StreetWise Partners, I support adult job seekers in finding internship and entry-level roles in professional occupations. I plan and execute workshops and events that equip our participants with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the job market. I also provide one on one job coaching to our participants, ensuring that we provide individualized support for our diverse and motivated jobseekers. My goal is to leverage my education, experience, and skills to help people get jobs.
