Hi there! I’m Olivia Meyer, a proud student of the University of Houston in the Technology Leadership Innovation Management program with a minor in Motion Media. For over 5 years, I have taken much joy in illustrating for both myself and others. I specialize in character designs and illustrations for fantasy and sci-fi media as well as portraits. I have a strong love for character design and thrive through visualizing characters and narratives. My preferred medium is digital art, and I have enjoyed learning many programs such as Photoshop, Krita, and Procreate, in order to make high-quality artwork. My biggest aspiration is to work with a talented team of artists and writers alike to create illustrations for visual media such as animation, video games, or tabletop roleplaying games. I firmly believe art and business can go hand-in-hand. In the TLIM program at the University of Houston, I have been learning new ways every semester to thrive in the workplace, both professionally and creatively. From photography to project management, to Blue Belt innovation techniques- I have greatly enjoyed enhancing my business skills throughout my education. I am excited to continue doing so as I pursue a creative career. After all, living creatively is my dream, and I'm blessed to be surrounded by many wonderful people imbued with love and talent who motivate me to follow that path every day.
