- Generating and developing new business for all 4 outlets in the Méribel ski resort, through promoting existing events, creating new ones, developing relationships with corporate tour ops or coming up with new ways to maximise revenue during the short winter season.- Developing and expanding our existing social media content, promotions and advertising- Being the main point of contact for all chalet company/hotel/tour op reps and staff with a view to establishing and maintaining profitable relationships throughout the winter.- Working with the Graphic Designer based at OSM to produce online and traditional promotional material and overseeing it’s distribution around the resort- Coordinating and organising the launch and events for the four bars and restaurants for the winter season 22/23.

- Assisting with the development of content for our website and for various communication channels for delivery for social media;- Supporting the preparing of competition entries;- Assisting in the preparation, set-up, effective communication and smooth running of client events internally;- Management of external client entertainment activities through the organisation of tickets, venues,transport, client communication using marketing automation tools such as Marketo and CRM;- Promoting and maintaining the Arup brand;- Assisting in the development and production of marketing materials to support our business development activities

- Promoting Student Prime Membership to students on the University College Cork campus and on social media platforms. - Adhering to brand guidelines to perform marketing activities throughout the campaign.

Hosting - Managing reservations and ensuring all bookings requested are addressed, whilst also adhering to current government guidelines due to the coronavirus. Monitoring tables to ensure no overlap of guest reservations occurs. Informing guests on the different menus available and relaying any important information about the guest to servers. Waitressing - Dealing with customers in the restaurant and guests of the hotel by serving food and responding to any requests that a guest may have, to ensure an experience that exceeds their expectations.

I completed my Third year Teaching placement in The Togher Girls National school for 6 weeks. I gained invaluable teaching and classroom management skills throughout my time in the First-class and Junior Infants rooms.

Completed my second year Teaching Placement through the UCC Erasmus programme, in Agora Sant Cugat International School, Barcelona

- I was a live-in general counsellor, where I was responsible each week for a group of children between the ages of 7-18yrs. - I catered for the emotional and personal needs of children with intellectual and learning disabilities.- Ensured they made all classes, mealtimes and activities. - I interacted with a large multinational team of staff.- I also was responsible for organising and hosting events and activities throughout the summer.
