Last year, I had the privilege of leading the Kilimanjaro Challenge, where my team and I raised over Β£55,000 for the Meningitis Research Foundation. This experience solidified my dedication to both adventure and philanthropy.This year, I am thrilled to be leading two more major initiatives: the Everest Base Camp Challenge, once again in support of Meningitis Research, and the Budapest Marathon for HFT. Additionally, as the RAG President & Challenge Coordinator, I am overseeing this year's Colombia team for Amnesty International, as well as supporting deferred teams, including participants from the Kilimanjaro Challenge and Project Playβs Uganda team.Driven by a commitment to social causes and a love for new challenges, I am eager to continue leveraging my skills in project management, team leadership, and fundraising to create meaningful change.Letβs connect and explore how we can collaborate to make a difference!

In this role, I have a focus on recruitment, fundraising support and team cohesiveness. I will be working closely with other university challenge leaders to work towards fundraising targets, both for myself and supporting my team with their own and individualising any support needed as necessary. As well as working with my team on an individual level, I have the pleasure of organising team training and social events throughout the year to maintain a sense of inclusion for everybody in the team and keep spirits high ahead of the hike!
