I have worked in Customer Service for 12 years. I started my journey in customer service at Chick-fil-A where "2nd Mile Service" was the purpose in all actions performed, in and outside of the workplace. I will always be grateful for the foundation of customer service learned from Chick-fil-A and seeing first-hand the benefits. With the drive to do more, I started work as a hostess at Maggiano's Little Italy where I would have to opportunity to promote throughout time and stages to Assistant Accounting Manager.As I continue to grow and continue to fine tune my Customer Service skills, my ultimate passion is assisting others and providing empathy to each person individually. I am currently working in Customer Relations at Southwest Airlines where I am able to exude my passion and exercise skills learned throughout my journey. Outside of the work environment, I truly enjoy broadening my horizons and gaining new relationships by attending any classes offered throughout Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex such as Business Operations, different types of Yoga or Dancing offered throughout Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
