•Assisting Sales team with the set up of new business and carrier accounts •Collating and Preparing Reports on behalf of the Account Management team •Organizing and coordinating multiple queries through programs such as Chain IT and internal Customer Relationship Management programs, as well as Carrier lodging programs • Requesting and following up for Account and system codes from each supplier to trans-link in to our internal operating system •Provide both technical and investigative support for both TIG freight customers and their clients. Lodging queries with respective carriers and follow up for freight location and arrival, both locally and internationally •Bookings of various freight collection and distribution for major clients, and creating consignment numbers in various computer systems, to track freight. •Handling escalated customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner through dispute resolution
