Maintain team-wide learning resources for the SeedCare team and serve as the bridge between ScienceCare and SeedCare and to develop SeedCare team members' product knowledge and expertise. Assist SeedCare with Tier 2 escalations and develop new tools based on trends and common inquiries. Translate Seed's values and brand materials into customer-facing practices through systems, macros, people, culture, voice for new initiatives and new product launches. Thoughtfully design and manage all onboarding and training content for new member experience team members and translate company values into day-to-day practices within member experience. Develop and implement internal projects that enable Seed to create a unique member experience culture and internal experience at scale; including: team activations, celebrations and gifting.
