• Worked with a team of 4 other lab members and our P.I. to design a study testing the effects of synchronous movements on mimicry in pre-school aged children• Researched previous studies conducted on mimicry, and individually created a poster to present findings to the group

• Developed advertising strategies and designed posters to recruit participants for two active experiments• Organized department events for community building and awareness of experiments in need of participation• Collaborated with social outreach officers to design social media posts and develop an online network with the local community• Continued to run participants for two other experiments into the school year:1. • Collaborated with four other interns under principal investigator, Justin C. Hulbert, Ph.D• Studied the “Think/No-Think” paradigm and adapted a version with peers for an upcoming study by our P.I.• Researched current literature on the functions of the hippocampus and frontal lobe in memory and forgetting• Designed and presented an experimental project proposal, Stop the Clock: Forgetting Event Timing Through Memory Suppression
