I have developed from being a crew member to being promoted to crew trainer in January 2020, in this position I mentored and coached new and experienced staff, corrective coaching and ensuring all staff were fully trained and comfortable in their roles. I am currently in the Shift Manager position, it is my responsibility to ensure the labour-to-revenue ratio was low by ensuring staffing did not exceed demand for the shift and that the target profits for the shift are met. It is my responsibility to complete money drops, balance floats and have to handle thousands of pounds at a time. I have strong interpersonal skills which enables me to swiftly resolve conflict resulting in customer satisfaction. Aswell as this I host training courses for newly promoted area leaders and crew trainers for both the store I work at and stores owned by my Franchisee. Ensuring newly promoted staff are confident in their roles and coaching then to ensure the best results.
