Hard working and detail-oriented HR Specialist with a passion for helping people. I currently work at Northrop Grumman supporting various teams and groups with their HR needs. This can be anything from connecting employees with the resources available to them, helping hiring managers conduct interviews, coaching and counseling employees and managers, and providing guidance and expertise to managers regarding HR policies and procedures. Additionally, I have over 10 years of customer service experience across various industries and capacities including retail and industrial manufacturing and production. I am DEU trained and certified and I am working towards my Master's in Management with a specialization in HR at the University of Maryland.
