A way to truly fast track one’s career, the Graduate Program by Groupe Roullier aims to quickly train young talents for major roles at Groupe Roullier. A coach will supervise the progress of each member over the course of the 6-month training program. The Graduate Program alternates theoretical training with factory visits and field missions with different managers, as well as meetings with the Group’s Top Management. The key words of this program are: ambition, participation, exchange and communication.- Immersive programme in the different business units of the Group and training plan: corporate culture, subsidiaries’ products, commercial approach of the business units, compliance, research- Preparation of a solution to a key topic for the Group and presentation to Top Management- Objective: train young executives who will be able to take on key positions in the near future.

For the Centre Mondial de l'Innovation (CMI – World Innovation Centre): - Submission of an application file for a European LIFE project, coordination of partners on administrative and legal aspects of the project- Budget monitoring of projects (subsidies from the different funding agencies)- Study of the Research Tax Credit evolution for each subsidiary and expenditure item (personnel costs, subcontracting, amortisation) from 2010 to 2018.

I joined Laura Wilson's charity as Project Manager on the following missions : - Developing sponsors & patrons- Development o f existing partnerships (projects creation, workshops, in order to raise funds for precise needs from the charity’s local correspondents)- Work on a new website- Sales & awareness campaigns during dance competitions (UDO, Can You Dance?, Move It)- Database update (MDC GIS Cloud)- Monitoring for new merchandising

During this 7 months experience, I had the opportunity to join the prestigious Danceworks studios at the heart of London as Course Administrator of the brand new Danceworks International Ballet Academy (DIBA).- Organisation of the end of year performance (registrations, ticketing, costumes, promotion, accounting)- Creation of a new website - Quaterly analysis of finances, management of payments and scholarships- Registrations and auditions management for DIBA- Promotion via Mailchimp, online, at the studio reception, in local schools and kindergartens, or over the phone, creation of posters and flyersDoubled number of registered students between 2015 and 2016.

The Ysegoria association, based in Sciences Po Rennes since 1996 aims at organising diverse conferences at the Political Sciences Institute. Conferences range from politicians, academics, economics to artists.As a Communication Officer, I was in charge of :- External communication (local press, website, posters)- Conferences Reporting & photographs.
