Dance is my biggest passion and I absolutely love coaching high school athletes! This coming season will be my 5th year coaching; previously coached at Marshall High School and Spectrum High School. I am also a member of the Minnesota Association of Dance Teams (MADT).My position includes the following tasks:--Hold a week of tryouts in April or May to select new team--Schedule gym time and locations --Hold summer "boot camp" to maintain conditioning, strength, stamina, flexibility, and technique--Organize fundraisers-- Hold team informational meetings--Stay current with parent communication via e-mail--Select music for competitive season--Choreograph the varsity Jazz and High Kick routines--Design and/or purchase team needs (ex. Uniforms, warm ups, T-shirts, fan apparel, bags)--Lead daily practices after school from October to February--Attend scheduled competitions and Mississippi 8 Conference meets--Plan and speak at end of thee season banquet
