Establish data metrics for participant demographics and program impact, ensuring alignment with community need and organizational goals. Utilize three-pronged data approach to inform strategic decisions around program growth. Collaborated with Marketing and Development teams to edit promotional, outreach, and campaign communications with an equity lens. Edit all job descriptions to ensure inclusive language.
