I was responsible for client relationship management, handling the accounts of several long - term commercial clients, who place large and consistent orders. As an example, I supervised one of our largest orders ever; the design, printing, and distribution of government regulation - compliant election communication, leading up to the 2015 UK general election.

As a tutor for ages four to ten, I created lesson plans designed to be effective and fun. Using a variety of mediums including literature, film, and music, my fellow tutors and I were able to immerse our students in the English language. We were able to show marked improvement in the children's reading, writing, and verbal grasp of the language via an end of summer performance and exposition.
