- Identified areas of improvement and iterated on designs to improve usability by performing user testing on the fleet device manager- Created easy to use mobile solution for more efficient and accurate on-site troubleshooting of hardware devices by creating a mobile version of the fleet device manager- Led the start-up of the Dark Mode design system framework for the fleet device manager that reduces eye strain for the user and conserves energy for the business and environment- Led a Heuristic Evaluation and a mobile-first approach analysis of the Hum App and created a template with recommendations to standardize the process for future evaluations

- Gathered & documented data involving frequent UX issues by viewing videos of our users interacting on many of our websites - Created audits for our sites that analyzed different pain points which included quick solutions that were backed with research from user videos, UX guidelines, and competitor's sites - Collaborated on JIRA tickets to research, determine wireframe requirements, and solve quick problems existing in our technology
