Momark Development is an Austin, TX Real Estate Developer focused on for-sale multifamily and mixed-used urban villages. Momark's urban condominium project, The Tyndall, is currently under construction, and will add 172 for-sale units to downtown Austin. Momark is in the pre-development stages of two multi-phase mixed-use urban village projects each of which will include for-rent and for-sale market-rate and affordable housing, retail, office and communal green space. Momark is constantly evaluating other development opportunities but is very selective in the projects it takes on, valuing creativity and the pillars of excellent urban planning. At Momark, I was responsible for the financial analysis for the firm including deal profitability and sensitivity analysis, cash flow forecasting, development budgets, and sourcing project and pre-development capital. I acted as project manager for one of our mixed-use urban village projects which required entitlement negotiation, partnership agreements and contract review/revision, design coordination, consultant team management, and investment presentations.
