I assist them in tracking their progress across various goals, including academic, and human skills development, utilizing the YES digital planner. Additionally, I employ data analysis techniques to create media empowering minority youth success, offering insights for informed decision-making.

As the 2nd Grade Lead English Teacher at Elsie Whitlow Stokes Public Charter School in Washington, DC, I implement International Baccalaureate teaching methods, analyze data for personalized learning paths, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance student performance.
