My more than 10 years of experience in customer service and building customer relationships is the best evidence.I have lived in France as a student and worked in New Zealand on a working holiday.These experiences outside my comfort zone have helped me deal with challenges and stay flexible and open-minded. They have also provided me with wonderful memories of working with multicultural teams.In addition to my professional life, I have a great passion for wagashi, the remarkable traditional Japanese confectionery. I have been teaching wagashi for 5 years! During this time, I have also developed a keen interest in various subjects, including psychology and alternative medicine such as herbal medicine, aromatherapy, reiki, and Ayurveda. Learning new things brings me a lot of joy and fulfilment.
