I’d like to reflect on the professional journey that has shaped me into the finance professional I am today. I began my career as an Assistant External Auditor at the former Deloitte Rwanda, where I gained invaluable experience auditing diverse organizations. This role laid the foundation for my deep understanding of financial systems and compliance.I then transitioned to RSwitch Ltd, where I took on various roles: Accountant, Chief Accountant, and eventually served as Acting Finance Manager for a year. Each role strengthened my expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.Following this, I joined Aquasan Ltd as Chief Accountant, where I further honed my leadership skills in managing financial operations. I later embraced a new challenge as Group Internal Auditor at ITM Holding, ensuring financial controls and governance across multiple subsidiaries.Currently, I’m proud to serve as Finance Manager at ITM Africa Ltd, a role that allows me to lead financial strategy and drive organizational growth.This journey has been one of continuous learning and growth, and I’m grateful for the experiences and people who have shaped my path.
